How long do garage floor coatings last?

What's the difference between epoxy, Urethane, & Polyaspartic?
Their performance is similar. Epoxy flooring is usually more economical and can be applied thicker. Urethane floor coatings are UV stable, applied thinner, and good chemical resistant. How long does installation take?
Most Utah garage floor coating installs take 2 days. Most Waterproof deck coatings take a week at our Utah projects. Most concrete overlays and polished concrete jobs take 3-4 days. All of the timing depends on the situation at the project and the location in Utah.
Are coatings slippery when wet?
Yes, most floor coatings are slippery. However, our floor coating team is able to add additives into the top coat to improve the traction. Our Sand Finish Overlay has a great texture and is not slippery when wet.
